I'm curious about something - how many of us have significant others that are also gamers?

I've got a girlfriend... a Warrior/Elementalist, who also plays other RPG's (Elder Scrolls, NeverwinterNIghts, etc.) and FPS's also (Doom series, Unreal series, etc.). She also likes Red vs Blue and we often watch it together.

Am I alone?

My husband and I have his and her computers and GW's accounts. He started me on it, now I have a stronger addiction to it than he does. Thanks hun!

I'm lucky to have a gamer girlfriend. :D

My girlfriend and I routinely go on Fissure runs together, and she GVGs with us often. She's also a big fan of UT, and can easily kick my ass. :(

Me and my wife play, both have 2 accounts each. We both play every night. It's cool because when you're bring up characters or need help with missions or whatever you always have someone to help.

Same. To the letter. It's going to break me to get 4 copies of Chapter 2 though. All I have is CANADIAN money! Boooooo!

I once played with a couple in a quest. In the middle, they called for a break, because their kid needed to go restroom.

I went with a married couple once in Tombs. He was a monk and she was a necro. She died a couple times and got mad at him. They were having a fight right there on line in front of us. It got to be very awkward. She went on to sabotage the run because she was mad at her husband.

My husband and I have played most of the first person shooters together, and several of the rpg's. But once GW came out he was just too burnt out on gaming in general. I would just love to have him game with me with GW

The closest I can get my wife to play games is Tetris.......She loves her Tetris!

My son plays Guild Wars with me, he's 11 years old.

My daughter is 9, but only likes to surf the toonami and disney websites.

My fiance likes some games, but she doesn't really have the time (or a proper system) to get into GW. She made a character on my account, but hardly plays it as it's pretty time consuming.

A couple of buddies of mine, a guy and a girl, they're engaged and are about... 30, or just shy of, and they are both the biggest, cutest gaming/comic nerds ever. They each have their own computers in the same room a few feet away from each other and they'll play the same game (like COH, COV, or GW) at the same time. I have a picture of them, too. It's awesome.

He's got racks of comics and toys still in their packaging, Star Trek ship models, she's got drawings and comics of all kinds of different elves and other old-time fantasy like creatures. Truly the good life.

My husband doesn't play GW (he doesn't have all that much time, he's pretty busy with his music), but he does enjoy gaming (particularly RPGs and the like). While we don't play together, it's nice that we both understand the inherant geekiness in something like this. We try to be cool when one or the other of us is geeking.
